Right click the shortcut and open file location Youll just need to switch your applications which load the game itself. another note-once the game creates a shortcut after you ran from finishing install., note that you shouldnt need an account with socialclub as the game underwent updates to rid it. another good thing to try is when you set compatibility to run the exe as admin by either right clicking selecting admin.or within the properties window. before u run the game youll need to update gta iv to 1.0.7.0 unless uve got the episodes for liberty city full install in which your gonna wanna try the 1.2. then go for 7.anything prior to that id chose any whether xp or vista in sp1 modes.slue of issues after u install too.once its asking you for social club sign in.u should do so if u have one.if With Games for Windows Live dead, Rockstar can no longer generate new keys for the game, which means that at the moment, it can't sell it digitally on PC.Ive got mine y if not the win 8 compat. The good news is that Rockstar seemingly is planning to bring the game back at some point in the future, provided it can fix the issue that prompted the game's removal in the first place. The game has disappeared from digital storefronts including Steam and Rockstar's own shop, with no indication of when it may be coming back.
